How do I get the clock face back on my series 5 apple watch?

Chose the watch face you want to use.
There are many to choose from and configure.
From your iPhone>Watch
Bottom of the App tap Face Gallery
And go from there.
When you find/modify the one you want tap Add and it will go to your watch as the default face.
