Can't login to iTunes

I reset my Apple ID password--stil can't log into iTunes. Is there

another step? Says I need to reset the password--I've done that!

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.14

We understand that you're having trouble logging in to your iTunes account with your Apple ID. First, we'd recommend going to the Apple ID website and see if you can log in successfully.


If so, then we know that your Apple ID itself is working. Then, follow the steps located here: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support
