iPhone GPS location not accurate/getting lost while driving after iOS update (iPhone8/X)

I have a question about repair or exchange. Couple months ago my iPhone 8 started to show not accurate location and get lost while using the gps navigation (this happens through all the maps apps you can think of - Google maps, Apple maps, Waze, Mapy.cz). No matter if it’s in the city or countryside, highway, with full LTE signal it just starts to spin around or drift, the position is very inaccurate sometimes showing completely different place and so it starts to show completely different way. This can happen 10 times during 2h long ride, every time lasting from 10s to even couple minutes till it gets back to normal. I thought it could be because of network provider so I changed it but it didn’t help (I believe first time I spot this happening was after update to iOS 14). After couple months I switched to iPhone X, transferred all my data and settings, but the problem lasted (I bought this one from my father and it never happened to him before). I tried iCloud backup and clean install (didn’t help), I tried reset of location and service settings and network settings and it didn’t help either.
 Is there a way to say what the problem could be, eventually if there would be some free repair or free exchange program? The phone (the iPhone X) is not in warranty anymore.
