Printing from email to iMac in Microsoft

I have a Imac desk PC. I cannot print a form from my email that is in Microsoft version. My IMac (21.5 late 2013. Bought 2014. Processor 2.7 GHx Quad-Core Intel, Memory 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, Graphics Intel Iris Pro 1536 trial No. CO***8J2.

The printed matter does not come out with all the information. 3 lines are missing on a page and cannot be printed as it falls within a table (writing) this does not come out on the printed page.

I have Microsoft, Micro Excel, Micr Document connection and Micr Outlook in Dock area. But I do not know how I can do the printing from Microsoft. Could I get some help. Thanks

I am assuming that you are using Microsoft Outlook on your iMac. Open the attachment from your email. Do not print it yet. Choose to save it on your desktop as a Microsoft document (Choose the type that is applicable such as word or excel etc). Open the document from your desktop and make sure that it looks right and if not then make the necessary adjustments. After that, attempt to print the document.
