my new beats solo pro don't connect to my Apple TV 4K

I just got my new beats solo pro but they don't connect o my Apple TV 4k

they work fine with my MacBook Pro when blue tooth is turned on

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 14

make sure they do not have an active connection with another device and read
