I assume you are using the same Apple ID.
If you used the Quick Start method, they should download automatically.
Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If not, did you restore your new iPhone from you old iPhone backup? Again, they should download automatically.
Finally, you can always redownload your previous purchases:
