I have two Apple IDs. How can I get Apple Music without paying a higher price?

I have two Apple IDs. I have an iTunes account from when the iTunes Store opened, and later had a MobileMe account. At the time, it wasn't a problem, until I accidentally bought music on the MobileMe account, and later when the App Store opened, I bought a few apps on MobileMe ID. I've never gotten my music straightened out. I would like to buy Apple Music, but in order to use it, I will have to either check to see that the same ID I use for subscriptions is the one I'm signed into, or pay for the "Family Plan" which is an extra $5/month. Has anyone with two ID's figured out how to combine them?

Cannot be done. Your option is to use the Family Share feature.
