crash while installing iOS 14 on new iPhone

While installing the new iOS my phone crashed and is in eternal recovery mode. Shows plug your phone into the computer screen, while it is. Tried unplugging, hard reboot but still pops up this screen. What do I do? Get a new phone? Haven't had this for a year. Why would you put out an update that crashes your phone! WTF!
