How do you stop the lphone 11 from using your password everytime app has to update

It should not require a password for app updates, unless you are using an Apple ID now that is different to the one used to download the app in question originally.
If for some reason you changed Apple IDs, then it will request the password of the Apple ID used to download the App every time.
Delete the Apps and download them with your current Apple ID instead.
