Blurry video

I FaceTimed someone with my iPhone 12 to older iPhone and receiver said my video was blurry.

the next day, I took several videos and sent iPhone to iPhone iMessage. The receiver said same: blurry

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

Possibly. Do the photos/videos look OK on your iPhone? Can you send the photo/video to someone else (with a different provider)? What if you send them as an email? Through the process of elimination, you may be able to find where the problem is. Maybe it is your receiver's phone problem.

They do transfer normal (unblurred) via email m, FB messenger, & Instagram message.

Is this possibly a cell provider problem? The fact that I was sending from one carrier to others, is it possible that my provider (T-Mobile) compressed or had trouble transferring the data?
