My iphone 11 is not pairing with my apple watch series 1, I did reset to my apple watch and now I can not pair the message “unable to check for update, checking for an update failed because you are not connected to internet”

i did everything, the worst part is that I re-started my apple watch and unpair and try to pair again, however now my apple watch is useless because can not pair again with my iphone 11.... all the times that I tried to pair same message appears
