Can't see all student iPads in classroom

Hi,

at our school we have the problem that we randomly can't see student iPads on the teacher devices and this problem it pretty much ruining our start with iPads at our school.

Almost all of the iPads are on the newest IOS version (14.4.1) and we have the newest version of classroom installed on the teacher iPads - but it is not installed on the students' iPads. We use Jamf School as MDM and have several restrictions applied including the Wifi-Toggle and Bluetooth changes.

We have fairly stable wifi-network although internet connection is not too reliable when it comes to speed. Our admin has also opened up the ports required by Apple for using the classroom app.

Still, we're having problems as described above. Sometimes we see the students, sometimes they randomly disappear.

If you have any new updates / ideas / information, I would really appreciate it. Alternatively: have you found another way of "checking" on the student's iPads?

Thanks
