My IPhone gives me the message that my ITunes and App Store account has been disabled. How can I restore them?

You need to contact iTunes store support to resolve the payment problem with your Apple ID account. There’s a direct contact link in this Apple support article→If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
