Why is my Apple Watch series 5 battery been dying so fast since the watchOS 7.3.2 update?

So as the title and the images suggest the battery on my Apple Watch series 5 has been draining since the new 7.3.2 update whereas before the update I would at this Time (15:00) be at about 60-70% I’m not at 25% and usually at 22:00 my watch has at lease 30%

The battery being not the best is nothing new it’s a series 5 I got when they first rolled out and I’ve worn it near daly since but I didn’t expect the battery to go from ending the day at about 40% to dying before 16:30 I would think the battery ware is bad if it was a more subtle decline but this I think is too drastic and with the watchOS 7 update when it launched a lot of batteries on older models were suffering mine was like now start at 100% and not even 2 hours later I’m at 70% then 50% then it was dead so I do know I need to think about a new battery I think the new update may have a play because before this the battery was still very good but idk
