It sounds like you are experiencing some issues logging into your Mac. We can help with this.
Just to make sure we're on the same page, when you say this is a new system, did you erase your Mac and remove all the data or did you just purchase this Mac and it is asking for the login information? If you just purchased this Mac, did you purchase it brand new or did you purchase it used from someone else?
If you erased the Mac and reinstalled the macOS, did you restore from a backup after the process was completed?
