Moving App Library location

This question was asked earlier but I want Apple to know that there are many of us who would like this feature. Can I move the App Library ahead of my pages with apps. In other words, in front order rather than last. I would rather see the App Library page first and not have to scroll through all my apps.

I do not want to hide my other pages but the App Library would be handy to have as the first page. This cannot even be done if you hide all but one app page.
