Trying to impair but I don’t have that all watch tab at the top of my screen

Trying to unpai Apple Watch but I don’t have the all tabs watch at the top of my screen

iPhone SE, iOS 14

Unpair it this way;

On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Go to Find Iphone.

Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase Apple Watch.

Select Next until the device is erased.

Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
