After getting a new battery my iPhone 6s will say accessory not supported when I plug it in

When I plug my phone in it says accessory not supported

Check this, If you see an ‘Accessory may not be supported’ alert - Apple Support and if that does not help, return to the Apple Store where you got it replaced and have them check it. Your battery replacement is covered under warranty to work.
