I need to return a keyboard and case for my iPad, I bought one that is to large my ipad is a 6th generation. I need to make an appointment at the Dadeland store.

please let me know how I can go about doing this

It is best to go through the online store if that is where you purchased it. On your invoice or order, there should be a link to report a problem or something similar. That way, the paperwork is started and you can then ask if you should mail it back or take it back to the store.
If it's been more than 14 days, you cannot return it to an Apple store.
If it's been less than that, have you tried calling the store?
