My apple music canceled my subscription even though it’s included in my verizon plan?

As far as I know, the free trial subscriptions are for a limited time. I have seen anywhere from 3 to 6 months. After that you have to pay and if you don't Apple will cancel your subscription. I may be wrong, but I would start with Verizon and find out what the details are. Then take it from there.
