My son's ipad is disabled but we're unable to reset it thru itunes, pls. help

Contact Apple Support if the following procedure has failed:
If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
Use the Get Support link in the upper right to contact Apple Support.
