Do you have an Apple Music Family subscription?
If not then see:
Share App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books purchases with Family Sharing - Apple Support
You will be sharing your music library with others.
If so, then see:
Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support
You will share your subscription, but everyone gets their own library.
In either case, you need to setup Family Sharing:
