Can preview the video. But doesn’t play and appear error window.

I tried restart system or re-install app. And reset Apple TV HD also.

Hi bananaclub,

We understand that you're experiencing an issue playing YouTube on your Apple TV, and we'd like to help.

Does the issue only happen with YouTube? In other words, are you able to use other apps without an issue? Purchase and download apps on Apple TV

Are you able to play content in the Apple TV app using these steps? Watch movies, TV shows, and live content in the Apple TV app

If the issue only happens with the YouTube app, we'd suggest reaching out to the developer. More about how to contact an app developer here: How to contact an app developer

Thanks!
