refund for unused service

Hello. I've got a problem with apple music. The deal is that I haven't used apple music since june of 2020 but recently i discovered that some payments were made during this period. For some reasons in september there were not one but two payments and it got me really confused. I checked my phone and saw I don't have any active subscriptions and I would like to know why I have paid all this time for service I haven't even used. I hope you'll understand my claim and all the money will be refunded. I can provide all the paycheks if you need to.
