Move minutes

Hello, with my apple watch instead of calories, minutes show up. on this website It says that if you are under 13, it will show minutes.


whereas i am over 13 on my Medical ID, and my health details of the watch.


This started when i restored my iCloud backup to my iphone .

Probably not an answer, but if you install Google Fit and set it up with Apple Health, then you can see the calories you have burned when you do a workout on your apple watch, even when you cant see it on the Activity app/ Watch.

OK thanks. Got one more thing to doublecheck and resave :- your Date of Birth (and age) under the Health Details section. I seem to recall that might be a separate data point from Medical ID....


If you got 26 years there too, I would experiment creating another apple id and see if that makes a difference. If that is the case and tthe new id works, you can report this as a support issue with your existing apple id.
