I am living in United States. My account country is india so now I’m unable to access some features I want to change country on my account right now

You should only do this if you are moving to the other country to take up residency. The way the system is set up makes it very difficult for people to temporarily change country settings to get around licensing restrictions only allowing them to buy items available in the country where they live.
