Cardio Fitness app doesn't appear

I can't install Cardio Fitness because the Cardio Fitness "card" doesn't appear in my Health app.
What can I do?

I bought the watch yesterday and I thought it was "updated enough". But no, it wasn't.
I have updated my watch and the "Cardio Fitness" option appeared on my Health app.
(The phone already had the last version.)
