Error message when trying to update.

My phone flashes with the apple symbol. Then 'support.apple.com/iPhone/restore. I follow all the prompts in itunes only to get an error message:

'The iPhone "iPhone" could not be updated. An unknown error occurred(4013)'

How do I fix this?

iPhone XR, iOS 14
