I am using MacBook Pro ( macOS Sierra 10.12.6).
I wanted to upgrade to high Sierra but couldn't get it in App Store, and tried all the suggestions given by the communities. I also couldn't open the links provided using safari, chrome, opera!

Do you have any antivirus or other security app installed? If so, try the link again while in Safe Mode.
The link is correct. You have to use Safari.

I used the link you suggested but required macOS version 10.13 to update. mine is 10.12.6 (I don't have 10.13) and want to upgrade to high Sierra (10.13). I guess, the link you gave me is for updating the existing one, not for upgrading from 10.12.6 to 10.13.
I don't know, may be apple removed high Sierra, as new version like Big Sur, comes up!

You're welcome. High Sierra is not removed. The link I provided, which is the same one you previously used, opens the App Store to the High Sierra page if you open the link in Safari…
I tried it while in safe mode, still doesn't open!
there might be something wrong with my computer that I didn't notice yet!
