My 2017 Macbook Air is stuck on the loading screen and wont load in from being factory reset

How can i fix this? Please Help

How to reinstall macOS

Intel processor: Make sure that your Mac has a connection to the internet. Then turn on your Mac and immediately press and hold Command (⌘)-R until you see an Apple logo or other image.

My Mac is stuck on apple loading bar screen. I have done NVRAM reset. I have done disk aid repair. I have reinstalled my macOS. I have even earased all my data and still no progress... Initially what lead me to reinstalling the macOS is that it used to be stuck at the login loading screen. I have done the previously mentioned steps. Now it got worse cause its being stuck at the apple logo screen. I have repeated the steps from before and here I am looking for further solutions. I really dont wish to send it to a store to be serviced. Any other thing I can do? Btw I'm using Macbook air 2015 if it helps. Thanks in advance
