Is there any way to tell what NSURLSESSIOND is doing?

NSURLSESSIOND has become the primary means that all applications use for network communications. The problem with that is there isn't a way to track down which applications are transferring data. I see multiple MB/sec of upload occurring when I haven't requested any uploading. Not only is it tearing through my bandwidth (not everyone has unlimited transfer), but I'm VERY concerned for security reasons.

I'm monitoring and seeing upwards of 5 MB/sec literally all night....hundreds of gigabytes of data being uploaded.

NSURLSession is handling all secure HTTPS transactions into and out of macOS. It is implemented purposely for security and is an inherent part of the functional operating system daemons.

Is there any way to tell what NSURLSESSIOND is doing?
