I am constantly missing text messages because no alert sounds if my phone is dormant (black screen). In "lock screen" (showing time and date) mode the text will show on screen but not sound an alert. It has to be unlocked to hear an alert, if it is anything other than that I hear nothing.
Can this be changed?
