iPad mini subscriptions option missing in settings

I have an iPad mini 2 that I want to use to manage my subscriptions, such as the Apple One subscription package, but as far as I can tell, the Subscriptions option is nowhere. My software is up to date and I’ve also tried signing out of my iCloud ID, restarting my iPad and signing back in. My iPhone no longer works so for now I’d like to manage my subscriptions through my iPad if possible.


Can anyone help solve this issue? Thank you.
