Can apple support reinstall the CarPlay onto the iPhone

CarPlay is not an app, just an option in Settings>General. There's nothing to re-install on an iPhone.

If you don't have that option, check:

Settings>ScreenTime>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Allowed Apps... and see if Carplay is enabled (green).

There is no CarPlay app on the device. All of the features are controlled in the car.
