Missing balance

I got a 5 dollar gift card and now the balance is missing, how do I get it back or if I can get a refund! HELPPPP MEEEE

Log out of the iTunes Store, and then back in. If the balance doesn’t correctly update, click here and contact its staff.

Added Gift Card & lost my balance I had roughly $25 balance in my apple account and added a $100 gift card. Now my balance only shows $100. I cannot find my previous balance.
