What isn’t working exactly?


Is it not recognising your face? If so go to settings > Face ID & passcode and set it up again by pressing “Reset Face ID”.


Make sure your entire face is visible and isn’t being blocked by anything.


If your Face ID is broken and isn’t working at all you’d want to get the device serviced at an Apple Store or authorised provider.
