I tried to convert a PDF file online to cmyk, but I don't know if it is correct. What should I pay attention to?

The print shop should have the correct tool to do this conversion for you, as they will have to preflight the PDF anyway. Adobe's subscription model Acrobat Pro editor would likely be the drug of choice for the print shop to do this. Follow their advice, rather than roll your own solution.
