I want to erase all the content of my apple watch

Hi,

I'm trying to erase all the content of my apple watch but every time I hold down the power off on the screen, the "erase all content" doesn't come up and I've forgotten all my details. What do I do?

Thanks.

Request Online Activation Lock Removal.

Or;

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.

Otherwise the watch will be of no use to you.
