Sorting Algorithm iPhone to Windows

I want to match the same order on iPhone and windows so I can delete photos/videos one by one accordingly

My issue here is this ....

5.000 pictures/videos that are personal/downloaded/screenshots/screen recordings/whatsapp. ( I got more than 5.000, its just a silly example )

I found a miraculous way to sort them into albums with an app called SLIDEBOX ( swipe like tinder ). This app is a game changer.

Now I'm left with albums like Personal ( photo and video ) and downloaded ( all other stuff that doesn't belong to me )

I mange to find a way to move albums one by one in a humanly possible manner ....

Now that I have them on windows ( I got apple also but plays up too much ) I want to match same sorting order with my iPhone ....

I have been struggling with this for years to understand how iPhone is sorting files because everything I tried doesn't match with my windows at all.

I tried Picasa at some point and was brilliant to some extent ... but I need something more easy rather then scanning my whole computer ...

I know my MacBook Pro got a nice sorting system but doesn't work fast with my Samsung t5 hdd ...

Device used is iPhone 12 pro max. ( Yes I airdropped albums one by one from my 11 pro max to 12 pro max because is faster and reliable when I save everything on my Samsung t5 )

Device to transfer to is Acer Swift 5 running windows 10 home

Sorting order to match is Windows 10 Home with iPhone 12 pro max latest update.
