My wife updated her iPad to 14.4.1 and now her keyboard is tiny. What happened? How can she get the normal size back. This is unacceptable and too small to be useful.

Pull the keyboard apart to open it back up again. Use two fingers at the same time and drag each side, one to the left and one to the right.
BTW, I asked the hosts to remove your screenshot since it shows some people’s names and photos.
