I am going to recycle 1,000+ random iPhones and I need to remove them from Apple Business Manager. I need to upload a CSV file since they are from various orders and not all of the same model will be removed. Used to be able to upload a CSV file of serial numbers but that does not appear to be an option any longer. How do I remove all these iPhones short of searching each serial number individually?
Found a way to do this. Go into where it shows all the devices and copy the whole string of them from a csv and paste in the search bar. It will automatically comma separate them. I was able to do this with 50 of them at once.
Not sure if an answer found. I have 75 devices we are moving from our older MDM to a newer one. I have the serial numbers but I see no way of doing it via a CSV file through ABM any longer. Is there a new method for this? I sure do not want to do one at a time, or even manually select a few.
