Subscriptions

I would like to request a refund for an item I accidentally purchased -- I have already had contact with the company and they have directed me here (Asana Rebel) I would like a refund for the subscription in the amount of $ 35.99

I believe Asana Rebel has issued a credit for the cancellation , however they said I must contact Apple Support for the refund


Original purchase was March 17 --

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
