iPad Pro 11 2020 freezing

Hi,

yesterday i bought the 2020 iPad pro 11 inch. It is amazing but there is one big problem. When i am scrolling on safari or swiping on home screen it becomes laggy. I have a feeling that display is 60hz instead of 120hz. I checked and 60hz option was off. I have more than 105gb of storage and I am not running any background apps. I switched from iPad pro 10.5 2017 and i didnt have that issues with my old iPad. I am a photo editor and when i am zooming or scrooling on a photo it is quite annoying.
