We would like recover the photo's but his apple ID and Yahoo email addie no longer work... so how do we go about accessing the iPad. 3rd generation.
I updated to 9. something and couldn't open it after that.
Assistance is greatly appreciated.

The legal route you describe is untenable. Keep all my brothers iCloud information. Please arrange to release the I D related to the iPad in question so we can actually use this iPad. We have no interest in my brother Christopher’s iCloud information, we just want to be able to use the iPad. Please make this happen. Thank you !
