I understand on the latest Mac book Pro 13 I will have to get a new battery?
Apple will not automatically put one in on the laptop I'm buying or send it with the computer I order?
I have to return the laptop and then they will replace the battery? Seems a little ridiculous. Will I have to pay postage for sending it back?
Can anyone advise me on this matter

Apple has determined that, in a limited number of 13-inch MacBook Pro (non Touch Bar) units, a component may fail causing the built-in battery to expand. This is not a safety issue and Apple will replace eligible batteries, free of charge. Because I have a touch Bar this doesn't affect mine

It has nothing to do with the "latest" MacBook Pro.
All new MacBook Pros come with a new battery installed, as they always have in previous years.
