I need help with my iPhone 11! I recently got a notification that appeared as, "your password notifications have been compromised" I'm not sure if I've been hacked but I need some help figuring this out!

What were you doing when you saw it? Could it have been a pop up on a web page in Safari rather than a real notification?
Do you use a password manager that could have shown a notification?
If you look in Settings > Passwords do you see Security Recommendations? Could it have just been a notification about that?
