One Hour ahead in time - Apple Watch Series 6

Try resetting your network setting on your iPhone.

From your iPhone>Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

You will need to log back into any WiFi networks you use.

You could try phone;

1. On your iPhone, press Home.
2. On the Home screen tap Apple Watch.
3. Tap My Watch.
4. Tap General on My Watch screen.
5. Tap Reset on the General screen.
6. Tap Reset Sync Data on the Reset screen.
7. Then restart your watch.
