Subscription to LinkedIn Premium

I subscribe to LinkedIn Premium via iTunes, but I can't get access to the feature, Sales Navigator and it's costing me money each month for the primary reason that I subscribe to the the Premium account. I am exasperated by not being able to resolve this issue. Please can someone be of help?

Thanks for your post to Apple Support Communities. We understand you need assistance with a third-party app subscription that isn't allowing you access to the premium features of the app. First, we'd recommend removing, then reinstalling the app to see if that improves your access.


Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
