Macbook Pro 2017 Big Sur - Horizontal Line Screen Flickering

Recently, I've seen a series of flickering gray/black horizontal lines at the top of my screen. They start after the computer has been running for awhile and then get worse and worse over time. I can shut down my computer and the go away, also the longer my computer is off the longer it takes for them to appear on the screen when I'm using it again. Anyone know any fixes??? I've tried resetting the NVRAM, restarting in safe mode, and resetting the SMC; none of those solve the problem. Also, its weird they don't show up with a screen shot.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2

To determine if this is a display/screen issue— take a screen shot. The Screenshot comes from the GPU directly. If no distortion then you can suspect the display itself or the display projector cable has a fault.
