The problem is the screen was replaced at some time in the past, possibly before you got the phone. If you’ve had the phone for its entire active life (noting that it was first sold 9 months ago, on June 13 2020), you didn’t replace the screen, and this message just appeared you may have a bad screen. In that case make a service appointment using the Get Support link at the top of this page.

Yes, but did you buy it from an authorized reseller?
Where, exactly, did you buy it?
You said: "You are very far behind with software updates to iOS.
Run Software Update to get 14.4.1." I just want to point out that the image is one of those examples that you see on Apple's support pages.
You are very far behind with software updates to iOS.
Run Software Update to get 14.4.1.
If you or a previous owner has had the display replaced at any time by anyone other than Apple the message is accurate.

Have you ever had the screen replaced?

Did you buy the phone new from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller?
You’ve also shown screens from 2 different phones? Which phone are you asking about?
I bought the phone from a reseller, and this is the one am asking about

You have a valid warranty. Take it back to where you bought it.
okay thanks, but what could be the problem of the phone?
Okay thanks.
How can I solve this problem on my iPhone 11, it says that my iPhone is unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine apple display.
